This Artist Promotion, Media Release & Marketing Authorization Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between HIT FOR HIT BATTLES™ | Crowning King & Queen / STV Radiomeltdown (“Company”) and the undersigned Artist (“Artist”).
The Artist authorizes the Company to promote the Artist through radio programming, websites, social media channels, live events, digital platforms, marketing campaigns, and future promotional opportunities.
The Artist grants the Company a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use approved promotional materials for marketing purposes, including:
This license is for promotional purposes only and does not transfer ownership of the Artist’s intellectual property.
The Artist authorizes the Company to create promotional graphics, tag official accounts, share approved content, schedule promotional posts, and include the Artist in flyers, advertisements, livestreams, and digital campaigns.
The Artist grants permission for approved promotional materials to appear during radio shows, livestreams, podcasts, interviews, countdowns, and promotional broadcasts.
The Artist retains full ownership of all copyrights, trademarks, recordings, music, photographs, logos, and intellectual property.
HIT FOR HIT BATTLES™ | Crowning King & Queen / STV Radiomeltdown agrees to promote the Artist in good faith but does not guarantee airplay, bookings, record deals, streaming numbers, followers, sales, revenue, contest wins, or media coverage.
The Artist may request removal of future promotional content. Previously distributed broadcasts, printed materials, archived content, and third-party shares may not be removable.
This Agreement does not create an employment, management, recording, publishing, or agency relationship unless separately agreed in writing.
The Artist releases HIT FOR HIT BATTLES™ | Crowning King & Queen / STV Radiomeltdown, its owners, employees, volunteers, contractors, sponsors, affiliates, and partners from claims arising solely from authorized promotional use.
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Georgia.
I certify that I have read and understand this Agreement and voluntarily authorize HIT FOR HIT BATTLES™ | Crowning King & Queen / STV Radiomeltdown to use my approved promotional materials as described above.
